From The Collection of Mr. and Mrs. Lin Hsin Man 林希孟伉儷珍藏現代中國書畫 Lots 845-848 林希孟、昭美伉儷素好藝術，上世紀七十年代末始醉心收藏，閒暇即參觀博物館與畫廊，漸漸與集古齋熟絡，陸續購藏不少近現代名家之作，亦因此結識集古齋邀請來港的書畫大家，並獲寫贈。邦瀚斯書畫部於二〇一九年已陸續釋出「集古齋舊藏」一組及夫婦二人購於中僑百貨公司的林風眠〈裸女〉，成績不俗。本季再釋出近現代名家四幅，其中宋文治〈洞庭春曉〉寫於一九七七年，乃為二人所作，是畫家最爲經典的構圖，也是難得一見的佳作。

Artwork auctioned at six times the upper estimate price
The work Magpie On A Maple Tree by Xie Zhiliu was worth HKD 1,197,800.00 (€ 139,962.71) to a buyer in June this year. This price was achieved in the auction Fine Chinese Paintings at Bonhams in London and exceeded the previously set upper estimate of HKD 180,000.00 many times over. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Xie Zhiliu achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Lotus Pond in October 2012 with an auction result of HKD 16,340,000.00 (€ 1,626,686.22).

Die Arbeit Magpie On A Maple Tree von Xie Zhiliu war einem Käufer im Juni diesen Jahres HKD 1.197.800,00 (€ 139.962,71) wert. Dieser Preise wurde in der Auktion Fine Chinese Paintings bei Bonhams in London erzielt und übertraf den zuvor angesetzten oberen Schätzpreis von HKD 180.000,00 um ein Vielfaches. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Xie Zhiliu erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Lotus Pond im Oktober 2012 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 16.340.000,00 (€ 1.626.686,22).
