In January 2008 Christies in London held the auction 19th Century European Art, which included the work Dacha in a forest clearing by Yuliy Yulevich Klever II. The »bidding war« ended at GBP 13,700.00 (€ 18,365.44), 52% above the upper estimate. Admittedly, works by Yuliy Yulevich Klever II have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Russian Lakeside In Winter in November 2006 with an auction result of GBP 66,000.00 (€ 98,012.07).
Oberer Schätzpreis um 52 % übertroffen
Im Januar 2008 führte Christies in London die Auktion 19th Century European Art durch, in der auch die Arbeit Dacha in a forest clearing von Yuliy Yulevich Klever II zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von GBP 13.700,00 (€ 18.365,44) und damit 52% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Yuliy Yulevich Klever II auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Russian Lakeside In Winter im November 2006 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 66.000,00 (€ 98.012,07).
