Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Fishes By Peach Blossoms by Zhou Lianxia was auctioned at Sothebys in Hong Kong in April 2018. The estimated price for the artwork was previously given by the auction house with a range of HKD 150,000.00 – 250,000.00, the actual price achieved of HKD 175,000.00 (€ 18,465.30) could thus just exceed the lower estimate. Other works by Zhou Lianxia have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in April 2017 the work Lady Musing In The Candlelight was auctioned for HKD 300,000.00 (€ 35,410.74).

Die Arbeit Fishes By Peach Blossoms von Zhou Lianxia kam im April 2018 bei Sothebys in Hong Kong zur Auktion. Der Schätzpreis für das Kunstwerk wurde von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit einer Spanne von HKD 150.000,00 – 250.000,00 angegeben, der tatsächlich erzielte Preis von HKD 175.000,00 (€ 18.465,30) konnte den unteren Schätzpreis somit knapp übertreffen. Andere Arbeiten von Zhou Lianxia konnten bereits höhere Auktionspreise erzielen, so wurde im April 2017 die Arbeit Lady Musing In The Candlelight für HKD 300.000,00 (€ 35.410,74) versteigert.
