The work Landscape by Zhu Meicun was auctioned at China Guardian in October last year. It achieved a price of HKD 30,000.00 (€ 3,844.37), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 50%. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Zhu Meicun achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Ladies Embroidering A Hundred Butterflies in April 2016 with an auction result of HKD 3,500,000.00 (€ 394,327.42).
Oberer Schätzpreis um 50 % übertroffen
Die Arbeit Landscape von Zhu Meicun kam im Oktober letzten Jahres bei China Guardian zur Auktion. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von HKD 30.000,00 (€ 3.844,37) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 50%. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Zhu Meicun erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Ladies Embroidering A Hundred Butterflies im April 2016 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 3.500.000,00 (€ 394.327,42).
