In October 2010 Artcurial in Paris held the auction Contemporary Art, which included the work Sandra, 3 Dias En Barcelona, 2001-2002 by Alberto García-Alix. The »bidding war« ended at EUR 2,550.00 28% above the upper estimate. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Alberto García-Alix - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work El Brazo de Ana, which sold at auction in May 2010 for GBP 6,250.00 (€ 7,322.74).

Im Oktober 2010 führte Artcurial in Paris die Auktion Contemporary Art durch, in der auch die Arbeit Sandra, 3 Dias En Barcelona, 2001-2002 von Alberto García-Alix zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von EUR 2.550,00 und damit 28% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Für andere Arbeiten von Alberto García-Alix mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit El Brazo de Ana beobachtet, die im Mai 2010 für GBP 6.250,00 (€ 7.322,74) versteigert wurde.
