The work Portrait of Song Jian Zhong by Aleksandr Evgen'evich Iakovlev was auctioned at Christies in New York in April 2008. It achieved a price of USD 22,500.00 (€ 14,452.72), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 50%. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Aleksandr Evgen'evich Iakovlev achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Portrait of Vasilii Shukhaev In His Studio in June 2007 with an auction result of GBP 2,820,000.00 (€ 4,184,738.17).

Die Arbeit Portrait of Song Jian Zhong von Aleksandr Evgen'evich Iakovlev kam im April 2008 bei Christies in New York zur Auktion. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von USD 22.500,00 (€ 14.452,72) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 50%. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Aleksandr Evgen'evich Iakovlev erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Portrait of Vasilii Shukhaev In His Studio im Juni 2007 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 2.820.000,00 (€ 4.184.738,17).
