Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Saint-Menet by Alfred Casile was auctioned at Artcurial in Paris in December 2010. It changed hands for a price of EUR 1,913.00 achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of EUR 1,500.00 – 2,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Alfred Casile achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work L'Entrée Du Port De Marseille in June 2009 with an auction result of EUR 47,550.00.

Die Arbeit Saint-Menet von Alfred Casile kam im Dezember 2010 bei Artcurial in Paris zur Auktion. Dabei wechselte sie für einen Preis von EUR 1.913,00 den Besitzer und erzielte damit ein Ergebnis im oberen Bereich der Schätzpreisspanne von EUR 1.500,00 – 2.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Alfred Casile erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit L'Entrée Du Port De Marseille im Juni 2009 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 47.550,00.
