Auction result well in line with expectations
In October this year Bonhams in Hong Kong held the auction Southeast Asian Modern & Contemporary Art, which included the work Portrait Of A Young Vietnamese Girl by Alix Aymé. It changed hands for a price of HKD 14,080.00 (€ 1,702.71) achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of HKD 11,000.00 – 15,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Alix Aymé achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Le marché (Market) ; & Studies in December 2020 with an auction result of HKD 1,375,000.00 (€ 145,032.71).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im Oktober diesen Jahres führte Bonhams in Hong Kong die Auktion Southeast Asian Modern & Contemporary Art durch, in der auch die Arbeit Portrait Of A Young Vietnamese Girl von Alix Aymé zur Versteigerung kam. Dabei wechselte sie für einen Preis von HKD 14.080,00 (€ 1.702,71) den Besitzer und erzielte damit ein Ergebnis im oberen Bereich der Schätzpreisspanne von HKD 11.000,00 – 15.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Alix Aymé erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Le marché (Market) ; & Studies im Dezember 2020 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 1.375.000,00 (€ 145.032,71).
