The »bidding war« ended at GBP 5,100.00 (€ 5,980.81), 46% above the upper estimate. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Alois Heinrich Priechenfried achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work A Yeshiva boy reading in September 2018 with an auction result of GBP 65,000.00 (€ 73,003.36).

Die Arbeit A shared moment of peace von Alois Heinrich Priechenfried wurde im Juli 2021 in der Auktion British and European Art bei Bonhams in London versteigert. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von GBP 5.100,00 (€ 5.980,81) und damit 46% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Alois Heinrich Priechenfried erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit A Yeshiva boy reading im September 2018 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 65.000,00 (€ 73.003,36).
