A top price for André Fougeron - as previously expected
In February 2008 Artcurial in Paris held the auction Modern Art, which included the work Petit Vase De Fleurs, 1944 by André Fougeron. The price achieved of EUR 1,363.00 was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as EUR 1,200.00 – 1,500.00. Even if this result could not surprise positively, Petit Vase De Fleurs, 1944 is the most expensive artwork by André Fougeron that we have observed at auctions so far.

Im Februar 2008 führte Artcurial in Paris die Auktion Modern Art durch, in der auch die Arbeit Petit Vase De Fleurs, 1944 von André Fougeron zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von EUR 1.363,00 lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit EUR 1.200,00 – 1.500,00 angegeben worden. Auch wenn das Ergebnis damit nicht positiv überraschen konnte, ist Petit Vase De Fleurs, 1944 das teuerste Kunstwerk von André Fougeron, das wir bisher bei Auktionen beobachtet haben.
