A top price for Andrew F. Affleck - as previously expected
The work Into Harbor by Andrew F. Affleck was sold in the Maritime Art auction at Christies in New York in December 2008. The estimated price for the artwork was previously given by the auction house with a range of USD 600.00 – 800.00, the actual price achieved of USD 625.00 (€ 449.03) could thus just exceed the lower estimate. Even if this result could not surprise positively, Into Harbor is the most expensive artwork by Andrew F. Affleck that we have observed at auctions so far.
