In the The Sunday Sale - The Collection of the late Anne, Lady Hollenden auction, the work Peat Marshes, Holland changed hands for GBP 120.00 (€ 179.29) - missing the lower end of the estimate range of GBP 300.00 – 500.00. Admittedly, works by Anton van Anrooy have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Olympic Games, Amsterdam in October 2013 with an auction result of GBP 1,250.00 (€ 1,477.49).
