Auction result well in line with expectations
In May 2021 Sothebys in Milan held the auction Contemporary Art | Milan, which included the work Senza titolo by Antonio Calderara. The price achieved of EUR 22,680.00 was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as EUR 20,000.00 – 30,000.00. Admittedly, works by Antonio Calderara have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Spazio Luces N° 34 in November 2019 with an auction result of EUR 125,000.00.
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im Mai 2021 führte Sothebys in Mailand die Auktion Contemporary Art | Milan durch, in der auch die Arbeit Senza titolo von Antonio Calderara zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von EUR 22.680,00 lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit EUR 20.000,00 – 30.000,00 angegeben worden. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Antonio Calderara auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Spazio Luces N° 34 im November 2019 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 125.000,00.
