Auction result well in line with expectations
The work The Three Graces by Antonio Frilli was auctioned at Sothebys in New York in January last year. The estimated price for the artwork was previously given by the auction house with a range of USD 100,000.00 – 150,000.00, the actual price achieved of USD 107,100.00 (€ 95,522.65) could thus just exceed the lower estimate. Other works by Antonio Frilli have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in April 2019 the work Orientalist beauty was auctioned for USD 150,000.00 (€ 133,916.61).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit The Three Graces von Antonio Frilli kam im Januar letzten Jahres bei Sothebys in New York zur Auktion. Der Schätzpreis für das Kunstwerk wurde von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit einer Spanne von USD 100.000,00 – 150.000,00 angegeben, der tatsächlich erzielte Preis von USD 107.100,00 (€ 95.522,65) konnte den unteren Schätzpreis somit knapp übertreffen. Andere Arbeiten von Antonio Frilli konnten bereits höhere Auktionspreise erzielen, so wurde im April 2019 die Arbeit Orientalist beauty für USD 150.000,00 (€ 133.916,61) versteigert.
