Auction result well in line with expectations
In May 2021 Artcurial in Marrakech held the auction A Moroccan Spring, which included the work Who'S There ? , 2020 by Arim Andrew. The price achieved of MAD 114,400.00 (€ 10,038.38) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as MAD 88,000.00 – 132,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Arim Andrew - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Back again - 2020, which sold at auction in December 2020 for MAD 325,000.00 (€ 28,434.18).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im Mai 2021 führte Artcurial in Marrakesch die Auktion A Moroccan Spring durch, in der auch die Arbeit Who'S There ? , 2020 von Arim Andrew zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von MAD 114.400,00 (€ 10.038,38) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit MAD 88.000,00 – 132.000,00 angegeben worden. Für andere Arbeiten von Arim Andrew mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Back again - 2020 beobachtet, die im Dezember 2020 für MAD 325.000,00 (€ 28.434,18) versteigert wurde.
