Auction result well in line with expectations
The work The Raft by Armando Mariño was auctioned at Bonhams in February this year. It changed hands for a price of USD 1,657.50 (€ 1,563.38) achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of USD 1,200.00 – 1,800.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Armando Mariño achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work El restaurador in August 2020 with an auction result of USD 22,500.00 (€ 18,850.54).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit The Raft von Armando Mariño kam im Februar diesen Jahres bei Bonhams zur Auktion. Dabei wechselte sie für einen Preis von USD 1.657,50 (€ 1.563,38) den Besitzer und erzielte damit ein Ergebnis im oberen Bereich der Schätzpreisspanne von USD 1.200,00 – 1.800,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Armando Mariño erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit El restaurador im August 2020 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 22.500,00 (€ 18.850,54).
