Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
In November 2019 Christies in Hong Kong held the auction Chinese Contemporary Ink, which included the work Mindscape (2013.2) by Arnold Chang. Here, the upper estimate of HKD 60,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for HKD 68,750.00 (€ 7,973.73). Other works by Arnold Chang have achieved even higher prices, we observed the highest auction result so far of USD 12,500.00 (€ 10,667.35) in September 2020 for the work Gazing after Glow.
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Im November 2019 führte Christies in Hong Kong die Auktion Chinese Contemporary Ink durch, in der auch die Arbeit Mindscape (2013.2) von Arnold Chang zur Versteigerung kam. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von HKD 60.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für HKD 68.750,00 (€ 7.973,73) einen neuen Besitzer. Andere Arbeiten von Arnold Chang haben noch höhere Preise erzielt - wir haben das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis von USD 12.500,00 (€ 10.667,35) im September 2020 für die Arbeit Gazing after Glow beobachtet.
