Dieses Kunstwerk von Arthur Marie Gabriel erzielte im Februar 2016 bei Artcurial einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion Le regard de Pierre Hebey wurde die Arbeit Cheval À L'Entraînement Avec Son Lad für EUR 7.150,00 versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von EUR 3.000,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Arthur Marie Gabriel auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Cheval À L'Entrainement Avec Son Lad im März 2018 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 52.000,00.
