In November 2007 Christies in London held the auction Sporting Art, Wildlife & Dogs, which included the work A day in the highlands by Aster R. C. Corbould. The price achieved of GBP 1,250.00 (€ 1,750.32) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 1,000.00 – 1,500.00. Even if this result could not surprise positively, A day in the highlands is the most expensive artwork by Aster R. C. Corbould that we have observed at auctions so far.

Im November 2007 führte Christies in London die Auktion Sporting Art, Wildlife & Dogs durch, in der auch die Arbeit A day in the highlands von Aster R. C. Corbould zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von GBP 1.250,00 (€ 1.750,32) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit GBP 1.000,00 – 1.500,00 angegeben worden. Auch wenn das Ergebnis damit nicht positiv überraschen konnte, ist A day in the highlands das teuerste Kunstwerk von Aster R. C. Corbould, das wir bisher bei Auktionen beobachtet haben.
