Auction result well in line with expectations
In June 2013 Sothebys in Zurich held the auction Schweizer Kunst / Swiss Art, which included the work Vue Sur Venise View Of Venice by Auguste Louis Veillon. The price achieved of CHF 10,000.00 (€ 8,133.74) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as CHF 8,000.00 – 12,000.00. Admittedly, works by Auguste Louis Veillon have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work The Temple at Philae in July 2018 with an auction result of GBP 30,000.00 (€ 33,636.60).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im Juni 2013 führte Sothebys in Zürich die Auktion Schweizer Kunst / Swiss Art durch, in der auch die Arbeit Vue Sur Venise View Of Venice von Auguste Louis Veillon zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von CHF 10.000,00 (€ 8.133,74) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit CHF 8.000,00 – 12.000,00 angegeben worden. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Auguste Louis Veillon auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit The Temple at Philae im Juli 2018 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 30.000,00 (€ 33.636,60).
