(260 x 172 mm.); and four other silhouettes including: two children in profile: he, holding a bow and she, holding a sheet of music; a mother with her young child and her doll; a young boy wearing a cap; and a lady in a frilled dress and wearing a hat (English School, 19th Century)

Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Augustin Amant Constant Fidèle Edouart achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work An Album Of Silhouettes Of ‘Irish Characters' in July 2014 with an auction result of GBP 32,500.00 (€ 40,992.72).
