Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work Untitled (ARP19-017) by Ayako Rokkaku was auctioned at Christies in London in May this year. Here, the upper estimate of HKD 4,500,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for HKD 5,166,000.00 (€ 619,202.37). Admittedly, works by Ayako Rokkaku have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Little Girl with Animals in April this year with an auction result of HKD 2,640,000.00 (€ 2,695,956.52).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit Untitled (ARP19-017) von Ayako Rokkaku kam im Mai diesen Jahres bei Christies in London zur Auktion. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von HKD 4.500.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für HKD 5.166.000,00 (€ 619.202,37) einen neuen Besitzer. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Ayako Rokkaku auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Little Girl with Animals im April diesen Jahres mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 2.640.000,00 (€ 2.695.956,52).
