The price achieved of USD 22,800.00 (€ 17,862.74) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as USD 20,000.00 – 30,000.00. Even if this result could not surprise positively, The return of the Mayflower is the most expensive artwork by Bernard Finegan Gribble that we have observed at auctions so far.
