Upper estimate price exceeded by more than 100%
This artwork by Bernard Lorjou achieved an unexpectedly high price at Artcurial in Paris in July 2020. In the Michou Collection auction, the work Les Amoureux sold for EUR 23,400.00 - well above the upper estimate of EUR 8,000.00. Despite this good result, it is not the highest hammer price for an artwork by Bernard Lorjou; that achieved among the auctions we observed the lot Tournesols sold at auction in November 2011 with the realized price of USD 37,500.00 (€ 27,874.82).
Oberer Schätzpreis um mehr als 100% übertroffen
Dieses Kunstwerk von Bernard Lorjou erzielte im Juli 2020 bei Artcurial in Paris einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion Michou Collection wurde die Arbeit Les Amoureux für EUR 23.400,00 versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von EUR 8.000,00. Trotz des guten Ergebnisses ist dies nicht der höchste Zuschlag für ein Kunstwerk von Bernard Lorjou; den erzielte unter den von uns beobachteten Auktionen die Arbeit Tournesols im November 2011 mit dem Hammerpreis von USD 37.500,00 (€ 27.874,82).
