The work Red Landscape by Besta Bestrizal was sold in the Asian Contemporary Art (Day Sale) auction at Christies in Hong Kong in May 2015. The »bidding war« ended at HKD 100,000.00 (€ 11,733.67), 43% above the upper estimate. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Besta Bestrizal - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Unity in Diversity - Brings Us To the Top of the Sky, which sold at auction in November 2017 for HKD 300,000.00 (€ 32,299.55).

Die Arbeit Red Landscape von Besta Bestrizal wurde im Mai 2015 in der Auktion Asian Contemporary Art (Day Sale) bei Christies in Hong Kong versteigert. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von HKD 100.000,00 (€ 11.733,67) und damit 43% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Für andere Arbeiten von Besta Bestrizal mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Unity in Diversity - Brings Us To the Top of the Sky beobachtet, die im November 2017 für HKD 300.000,00 (€ 32.299,55) versteigert wurde.
