Auction result well in line with expectations
In June 2010 Sothebys in London held the auction 19th Century European Paintings Including German, Austrian and Central European Paintings, The Orientalist Sale, Spanish Painting and the Scandinavian Sale, which included the work Swedish vinterhare (Snow Hare) by Bruno Liljefors. The price achieved of GBP 13,750.00 (€ 16,721.28) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 12,000.00 – 18,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Bruno Liljefors achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work "Rävar" (Foxes) in June 2016 with an auction result of SEK 5,500,000.00 (€ 586,294.42).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im Juni 2010 führte Sothebys in London die Auktion 19th Century European Paintings Including German, Austrian and Central European Paintings, The Orientalist Sale, Spanish Painting and the Scandinavian Sale durch, in der auch die Arbeit Swedish vinterhare (Snow Hare) von Bruno Liljefors zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von GBP 13.750,00 (€ 16.721,28) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit GBP 12.000,00 – 18.000,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Bruno Liljefors erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit "Rävar" (Foxes) im Juni 2016 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von SEK 5.500.000,00 (€ 586.294,42).
