It changed hands for a price of GBP 475.00 (€ 606.51) achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of GBP 300.00 – 500.00. Admittedly, works by Bryan de Grineau have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work I Spy Strangers: Churchill in March 2018 with an auction result of GBP 5,000.00 (€ 5,692.78).
