The »bidding war« ended at GBP 11,250.00 (€ 14,972.76), 41% above the upper estimate. Other works by Charles Kuhn have achieved even higher prices, we observed the highest auction result so far of GBP 15,000.00 (€ 18,103.88) in January 2012 for the work St. Moritz.
