The price achieved of USD 556,000.00 (€ 596,054.89) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as USD 500,000.00 – 700,000.00. Even if this result could not surprise positively, Blind Man's Buff is the most expensive artwork by Charles Louis Baugniet that we have observed at auctions so far.
