This artwork by Claude Gilli achieved an unexpectedly high price at Artcurial in Monte-Carlo in July 2021. In the Monaco Sculptures auction, the work Tetons Et Boulons - 2002 sold for EUR 27,300.00 - well above the upper estimate of EUR 15,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Claude Gilli - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Ex Voto (Johny Hallyday) - 1961, which sold at auction in November 2016 for EUR 74,100.00.
Oberer Schätzpreis um 82 % übertroffen
Dieses Kunstwerk von Claude Gilli erzielte im Juli 2021 bei Artcurial in Monte-Carlo einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion Monaco Sculptures wurde die Arbeit Tetons Et Boulons - 2002 für EUR 27.300,00 versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von EUR 15.000,00. Für andere Arbeiten von Claude Gilli mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Ex Voto (Johny Hallyday) - 1961 beobachtet, die im November 2016 für EUR 74.100,00 versteigert wurde.
