Auction result misses estimated price range
In April 2018 a collector was able to acquire the work A Self Portrait, Bust Length by Claude-Jean-Baptiste Hoin for USD 3,750.00 (€ 3,105.85). This price was achieved in the auction Old Masters Online at Sothebys in New York and was even below the estimate range of USD 5,000.00 – 8,000.00 set by the auction house. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Claude-Jean-Baptiste Hoin achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Autoportrait À L'Âge De Vingt-Cinq Ans in November 2015 with an auction result of EUR 76,200.00.
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne

Dieser Preis wurde in der Auktion Old Masters Online bei Sothebys in New York erzielt und lag noch unterhalb der von dem Auktionshaus angesetzten Schätzpreisspanne von USD 5.000,00 – 8.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Claude-Jean-Baptiste Hoin erzielen.
