Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
In March 2010 Christies in London held the auction Christie's Interiors, which included the work The coast off Devon by Colin Hunter. Here, the upper estimate of GBP 800.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for GBP 875.00 (€ 982.39). Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Colin Hunter achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Salmon fishers in October 2006 with an auction result of GBP 7,800.00 (€ 11,653.89).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Im März 2010 führte Christies in London die Auktion Christie's Interiors durch, in der auch die Arbeit The coast off Devon von Colin Hunter zur Versteigerung kam. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von GBP 800,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für GBP 875,00 (€ 982,39) einen neuen Besitzer. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Colin Hunter erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Salmon fishers im Oktober 2006 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 7.800,00 (€ 11.653,89).
