The estimated price for the artwork was previously given by the auction house with a range of GBP 500.00 – 700.00, the actual price achieved of GBP 528.75 (€ 828.03) could thus just exceed the lower estimate. Even if this result could not surprise positively, A drawing room interior is the most expensive artwork by Czene Janos Apatfalvi that we have observed at auctions so far.
