A top price for David Humphrey - as previously expected
The work Horsey Love by David Humphrey was sold in the Handpicked: 50 works selected by the Saatchi Collection - Online Only auction at Christies in London in June 2018. The price achieved of GBP 3,750.00 (€ 4,238.14) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 3,000.00 – 5,000.00. Even if this result could not surprise positively, Horsey Love is the most expensive artwork by David Humphrey that we have observed at auctions so far.
