Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Florida, Fly Twa by David Klein was sold in the Vintage Posters Online auction at Bonhams in Hong Kong in October this year. The price achieved of EUR 1,024.00 was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as EUR 800.00 – 1,200.00. Admittedly, works by David Klein have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work New York, Fly Twa in April 2012 with an auction result of GBP 6,250.00 (€ 7,665.45).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Florida, Fly Twa von David Klein wurde im Oktober diesen Jahres in der Auktion Vintage Posters Online bei Bonhams in Hong Kong versteigert. Der dabei erzielte Preis von EUR 1.024,00 lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit EUR 800,00 – 1.200,00 angegeben worden. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von David Klein auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit New York, Fly Twa im April 2012 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 6.250,00 (€ 7.665,45).
