This artwork by Duilio Barnabè achieved an unexpectedly high price at Sothebys in New York in September 2021. In the Impressionist & Modern Art auction, the work Figura sold for USD 20,160.00 (€ 17,413.84) - well above the upper estimate of USD 8,000.00. Despite this good result, it is not the highest hammer price for an artwork by Duilio Barnabè; that achieved among the auctions we observed the lot Figura sold at auction in December 2021 with the realized price of USD 31,500.00 (€ 27,831.77).

Dieses Kunstwerk von Duilio Barnabè erzielte im September 2021 bei Sothebys in New York einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion Impressionist & Modern Art wurde die Arbeit Figura für USD 20.160,00 (€ 17.413,84) versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von USD 8.000,00. Trotz des guten Ergebnisses ist dies nicht der höchste Zuschlag für ein Kunstwerk von Duilio Barnabè; den erzielte unter den von uns beobachteten Auktionen die Arbeit Figura im Dezember 2021 mit dem Hammerpreis von USD 31.500,00 (€ 27.831,77).
