Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Ali Boxing Mouse by Edgar Plans was auctioned at Phillips in an online auction in February this year. The price achieved of HKD 189,000.00 (€ 22,711.38) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as HKD 150,000.00 – 250,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Edgar Plans achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Juanín in April this year with an auction result of HKD 840,000.00 (€ 857,804.35).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Ali Boxing Mouse von Edgar Plans kam im Februar diesen Jahres bei Phillips in einer Online-Auktion zur Auktion. Der dabei erzielte Preis von HKD 189.000,00 (€ 22.711,38) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit HKD 150.000,00 – 250.000,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Edgar Plans erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Juanín im April diesen Jahres mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 840.000,00 (€ 857.804,35).
