Upper estimate price exceeded by more than 100%
This artwork by Ely Belyutin achieved an unexpectedly high price at Sothebys in London in December 2021. In the Post-War and Contemporary Russian Art from a Private Collection auction, the work Last Supper sold for GBP 88,200.00 (€ 105,204.10) - well above the upper estimate of GBP 35,000.00. Despite this good result, it is not the highest hammer price for an artwork by Ely Belyutin; that achieved among the auctions we observed the lot Revolution sold at auction in December 2021 with the realized price of GBP 157,500.00 (€ 187,864.46).
Oberer Schätzpreis um mehr als 100% übertroffen
Dieses Kunstwerk von Ely Belyutin erzielte im Dezember 2021 bei Sothebys in London einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion Post-War and Contemporary Russian Art from a Private Collection wurde die Arbeit Last Supper für GBP 88.200,00 (€ 105.204,10) versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von GBP 35.000,00. Trotz des guten Ergebnisses ist dies nicht der höchste Zuschlag für ein Kunstwerk von Ely Belyutin; den erzielte unter den von uns beobachteten Auktionen die Arbeit Revolution im Dezember 2021 mit dem Hammerpreis von GBP 157.500,00 (€ 187.864,46).
