Auction result well in line with expectations
The work G-15/1963 by Emil Schumacher was auctioned at Christies in Amsterdam in November 2021. The price achieved of EUR 4,375.00 was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as EUR 3,000.00 – 5,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Emil Schumacher achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Für Berlin in December 2020 with an auction result of EUR 562,500.00.
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit G-15/1963 von Emil Schumacher kam im November 2021 bei Christies in Amsterdam zur Auktion. Der dabei erzielte Preis von EUR 4.375,00 lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit EUR 3.000,00 – 5.000,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Emil Schumacher erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Für Berlin im Dezember 2020 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 562.500,00.
