The work Imperial Running Script Calligraphy by Emperor Xianfeng was sold in the Dowager Empress Cixi: Elegance of the Late Qing auction at Christies in Hong Kong in December 2008. It achieved a price of HKD 81,250.00 (€ 7,530.17), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 35%. Other works by Emperor Xianfeng have achieved even higher prices, we observed the highest auction result so far of HKD 83,650.00 (€ 11,912.83) in April 2002 for the work Couplet In Large Standard Script Calligraphy.

Die Arbeit Imperial Running Script Calligraphy von Emperor Xianfeng wurde im Dezember 2008 in der Auktion Dowager Empress Cixi: Elegance of the Late Qing bei Christies in Hong Kong versteigert. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von HKD 81.250,00 (€ 7.530,17) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 35%. Andere Arbeiten von Emperor Xianfeng haben noch höhere Preise erzielt - wir haben das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis von HKD 83.650,00 (€ 11.912,83) im April 2002 für die Arbeit Couplet In Large Standard Script Calligraphy beobachtet.
