A top price for Ernest Bieler - as previously expected
In June 2017 Sothebys in Zurich held the auction Swiss Art / Swiss Made, which included the work Trois Jeunes Filles De Granois, 1920 by Ernest Bieler. It changed hands for a price of CHF 672,500.00 (€ 614,803.26) achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of CHF 500,000.00 – 700,000.00. Even if this result could not surprise positively, Trois Jeunes Filles De Granois, 1920 is the most expensive artwork by Ernest Bieler that we have observed at auctions so far.
Ein Spitzenpreis mit Ansage
Im Juni 2017 führte Sothebys in Zürich die Auktion Swiss Art / Swiss Made durch, in der auch die Arbeit Trois Jeunes Filles De Granois, 1920 von Ernest Bieler zur Versteigerung kam. Dabei wechselte sie für einen Preis von CHF 672.500,00 (€ 614.803,26) den Besitzer und erzielte damit ein Ergebnis im oberen Bereich der Schätzpreisspanne von CHF 500.000,00 – 700.000,00. Auch wenn das Ergebnis damit nicht positiv überraschen konnte, ist Trois Jeunes Filles De Granois, 1920 das teuerste Kunstwerk von Ernest Bieler, das wir bisher bei Auktionen beobachtet haben.
