In December 2012 VAN HAM held the auction Photographie, which included the work »Hilfe für China« by Eva Besnyö. The »bidding war« ended at EUR 1,161.00 45% above the estimate. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Eva Besnyö - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Junge mit Cello, Balaton, Ungarn., which sold at auction in May 2013 for EUR 3,904.00.
Schätzpreis um 45 % übertroffen
Im Dezember 2012 führte VAN HAM die Auktion Photographie durch, in der auch die Arbeit »Hilfe für China« von Eva Besnyö zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von EUR 1.161,00 und damit 45% über dem Schätzpreis. Für andere Arbeiten von Eva Besnyö mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Junge mit Cello, Balaton, Ungarn. beobachtet, die im Mai 2013 für EUR 3.904,00 versteigert wurde.
