Auction result well in line with expectations

It changed hands for a price of GBP 2,868.00 (€ 4,293.13) achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of GBP 2,000.00 – 3,000.00. Admittedly, works by Filippo Bartolini have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Italian The Negotiation in April 2009 with an auction result of USD 31,250.00 (€ 23,595.59).
