A top price for Francisco Rodón - as previously expected
The work Inés en mis sueños by Francisco Rodón was auctioned at Christies in New York in May 2002. The estimated price for the artwork was previously given by the auction house with a range of USD 220,000.00 – 260,000.00, the actual price achieved of USD 229,500.00 (€ 245,743.66) could thus just exceed the lower estimate. Even if this result could not surprise positively, Inés en mis sueños is the most expensive artwork by Francisco Rodón that we have observed at auctions so far.
