It achieved a price of CHF 11,800.00 (€ 8,047.61), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 69%. Admittedly, works by François Barraud have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Tulipes perroquets, 1931 in May 2013 with an auction result of CHF 42,000.00 (€ 33,744.23).

Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von CHF 11.800,00 (€ 8.047,61) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 69%. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von François Barraud auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Tulipes perroquets, 1931 im Mai 2013 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von CHF 42.000,00 (€ 33.744,23).
