The price achieved of GBP 5,250.00 (€ 6,636.18) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 4,000.00 – 6,000.00. Even if this result could not surprise positively, View of Tothill Street with Westminster Abbey beyond; and View of Gracechurch Street with the Monument and the church of St. Magnus the Martyr beyond is the most expensive artwork by Frederick Nash that we have observed at auctions so far.
