Auction result well in line with expectations
In February 2019 Artcurial in Paris held the auction Rétromobile 2019 Racing, Flying & Yachting, which included the work Grand Prix Automobile De France 1923, Voicin C6 " Laboratoire "-Bugatti Type 32 Tank by Geo Ham. The price achieved of EUR 6,775.00 was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as EUR 5,000.00 – 8,000.00. Admittedly, works by Geo Ham have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Monaco, 1936 in November 2015 with an auction result of GBP 20,000.00 (€ 28,487.03).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im Februar 2019 führte Artcurial in Paris die Auktion Rétromobile 2019 Racing, Flying & Yachting durch, in der auch die Arbeit Grand Prix Automobile De France 1923, Voicin C6 " Laboratoire "-Bugatti Type 32 Tank von Geo Ham zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von EUR 6.775,00 lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit EUR 5.000,00 – 8.000,00 angegeben worden. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Geo Ham auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Monaco, 1936 im November 2015 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 20.000,00 (€ 28.487,03).
