Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Portrait by Georges Kars was auctioned at Artcurial in Paris in March 2010. The price achieved of EUR 574.00 was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as EUR 500.00 – 700.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Georges Kars achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Reiter und Flaneure im Park in May 2013 with an auction result of EUR 97,600.00.
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Portrait von Georges Kars kam im März 2010 bei Artcurial in Paris zur Auktion. Der dabei erzielte Preis von EUR 574,00 lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit EUR 500,00 – 700,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Georges Kars erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Reiter und Flaneure im Park im Mai 2013 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 97.600,00.
