Auction result well in line with expectations
In October 2018 Artcurial in Paris held the auction 20th Century Art 1950 to present, which included the work Nuits, Nuit Haute #1 - 1984 by Gérard Titus-Carmel. The price achieved of EUR 2,600.00 was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as EUR 2,000.00 – 3,000.00. Other works by Gérard Titus-Carmel have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in December 2008 the work Summer Sticks,Lie, Zigzagant, 1974 was auctioned for EUR 3,315.00.
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im Oktober 2018 führte Artcurial in Paris die Auktion 20th Century Art 1950 to present durch, in der auch die Arbeit Nuits, Nuit Haute #1 - 1984 von Gérard Titus-Carmel zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von EUR 2.600,00 lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit EUR 2.000,00 – 3.000,00 angegeben worden. Andere Arbeiten von Gérard Titus-Carmel konnten bereits höhere Auktionspreise erzielen, so wurde im Dezember 2008 die Arbeit Summer Sticks,Lie, Zigzagant, 1974 für EUR 3.315,00 versteigert.
