Auction result well in line with expectations
In December 2015 Artcurial held the auction Post-War & Contemporary Art 2, which included the work Suite Italienne : S. Francesco D'Assisi - 1976 by Gérard Titus-Carmel. It changed hands for a price of EUR 1,950.00 achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of EUR 1,500.00 – 2,000.00. Other works by Gérard Titus-Carmel have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in December 2008 the work Summer Sticks,Lie, Zigzagant, 1974 was auctioned for EUR 3,315.00.
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im Dezember 2015 führte Artcurial die Auktion Post-War & Contemporary Art 2 durch, in der auch die Arbeit Suite Italienne : S. Francesco D'Assisi - 1976 von Gérard Titus-Carmel zur Versteigerung kam. Dabei wechselte sie für einen Preis von EUR 1.950,00 den Besitzer und erzielte damit ein Ergebnis im oberen Bereich der Schätzpreisspanne von EUR 1.500,00 – 2.000,00. Andere Arbeiten von Gérard Titus-Carmel konnten bereits höhere Auktionspreise erzielen, so wurde im Dezember 2008 die Arbeit Summer Sticks,Lie, Zigzagant, 1974 für EUR 3.315,00 versteigert.
